- Cash on Delivery (COD)
2. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on eligible orders
- A 3% convenience fee is applicable on all COD orders
- Customers are requested to keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery
3. Payment Confirmation
- Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation
- In case of payment failure:
- The order will not be confirmed
- If any amount is deducted, it will be refunded automatically by the payment provider
4. Pricing & Currency
- All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR)
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice
- Any changes after order placement will be communicated to the customer before dispatch
- All prices displayed are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Applicable GST will be calculated and added at checkout.
5. Order Verification
- For certain orders (especially high-value or COD orders), we may:
- Contact the customer for confirmation
- Request additional details if required
Orders may be delayed or canceled if verification is not completed.
6. Refunds for Failed Transactions
- If a payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed:
- The amount will be refunded to the original payment method
- Timeline depends on the payment provider/bank

We use secure and trusted payment gateways to ensure that your payment details are safe and protected.
8. Invoice & Billing
- A proper GST invoice will be provided with every order
- Customers must ensure correct billing details while placing the order
