1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery
  • Product must be:
    • Unused and uninstalled
    • In original sealed packaging
    • In the same condition as received

2. Valid Reasons for Return

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Product is defective
  • Wrong product delivered

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used or installed
  • Items not in original condition or packaging
  • Products returned after the 7-day return window

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via email or phone within the return period
  2. Share:
    • Order details
    • Clear photos/videos of the issue
  3. Our team will review and approve the request

Returns without prior approval may not be accepted.

5. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refund timeline: 2–5 working days after approval

6. Replacement Policy

  • In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund (subject to availability)

7. Shipping Charges for Returns

  • If the return is due to:
    • Damaged / defective / wrong product β†’ We will bear the cost
  • In other cases β†’ Return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility

8. Important Note (Electrical Products)

Due to the nature of electrical items:

  • Products once installed or used cannot be returned
  • Installation must be done by a licensed electrician
  • My Electric Store is not responsible for damages caused due to improper installation

9. Order Cancellation & Refund

  • Orders canceled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund
  • Orders cannot be canceled after dispatch
