International shipping can be arranged upon special request. Customers can contact us directly for such orders.

All orders are dispatched through our trusted logistics partner Shipway.

- Orders are processed within 1 working day after payment confirmation
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
4. Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery time: 3–7 working days
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier availability
5. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout
- Currently, free shipping is not offered
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on eligible orders
- A 3% convenience fee is applicable on COD orders

- Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS/ Whatsapp
- Customers can track their shipment using the provided tracking link
