2. Service Area
We provide shipping across Pan India.
International shipping may be arranged upon special request.
All orders are dispatched through our logistics partner (Shipway).
3. Products & Pricing
- All product prices are carefully calculated and displayed on the website.
- In case of any price change after an order is placed:
- The customer will be informed before dispatch
- The order will proceed only after customer confirmation
- If the customer declines, a 100% refund will be issued
- If a product is out of stock, the order may be canceled and a full refund will be provided
- Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled
- All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. GST will be charged at checkout as per government regulations.
We also offer bulk and B2B pricing for contractors and businesses.
4. Payments
We accept the following payment methods:
- UPI
- Debit/Credit Cards
- Net Banking
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD Orders:
- A 3% convenience fee is applicable on COD orders
Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Dispatch Time: Within 1 working day
- Delivery Time: 3–7 working days (may vary based on location)
- Shipping is handled via Shipway
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier partners
- Natural events
- Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
6. Returns, Refunds & Replacement
We accept returns under the following conditions:

- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be:
- Unused
- Sealed
- In original condition
Accepted Cases
- Damaged product
- Defective product
- Wrong item delivered
Non-Returnable
- Used or installed products
Refunds
- Processed to the original payment method
- Timeline: 2–5 working days after approval
7. Warranty & Installation
- All products are covered under manufacturer warranty only (e.g., ABB, Havells, etc.)
- My Electric Store does not provide installation services
Important:
All products must be installed by a licensed electrician.
8. Limitation of Liability
My Electric Store shall not be held responsible for:
- Improper installation
- Product misuse
- Electrical faults or damages
- Any indirect or consequential losses
9. Order Cancellation
- Customers can cancel orders before dispatch only
- Orders cannot be canceled after dispatch
10. Intellectual Property & Brand Disclaimer
- We do not claim ownership of any brand, product, or logo displayed on the website
- All trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners
- If any brand or entity has concerns, they may contact us for removal

- To provide accurate information while placing orders
12. GST & Billing

- A GST invoice will be provided with every order
